Don't guess from jewellery you already own. Ultrahuman ships a free sizing kit, and if you have a 3D printer you can print one at home tonight instead of waiting for the post. Wear your best-fitting sizing ring overnight before ordering — fingers are at their largest in the morning, so a ring that feels right at 4pm can be uncomfortably tight at 7am.

Ultrahuman recommend the index or middle finger for the most consistent sensor readings. Both are usually a different size from your ring finger, so size the finger you'll actually wear it on. I wear mine on the non-dominant index finger, which also takes less of a beating day to day.

Contact Ultrahuman support before buying a replacement — they'll advise on an exchange rather than leaving you to order a second ring at full price. This is exactly what the sizing kit exists to prevent, so it's worth the few extra days.

Very, on an SLA/LCD/DLP printer at maximum resolution. FDM printers have slightly more variance. Ultrahuman also publish STEP files with exact dimensions, so you can verify a print with digital callipers against the sizing chart.

Typically 3–7 working days in the US, 3–5 in the UK, and 4–8 across the EU. The free sizing kit ships separately and arrives first — so if you haven't sized yourself yet, budget for both stages.

Yes, a standard manufacturer's warranty applies, and Ultrahuman also sell an optional accidental-damage plan called UltrahumanX Coverage (£36 for one year, £54 for two) as an add-on at checkout. That's insurance rather than a subscription — worth knowing what you're ticking.

The Ring AIR is quoted at "up to six days" and gives me a genuine 5–5.5 days with all sensors on. The Ring PRO is quoted at up to 15 days, extending to 45+ with the PRO Charging Case. A full charge takes under two hours either way. More detail in the Ring AIR review.

Both. The app is on iOS and Android and pairs over Bluetooth Low Energy. Setup is about five minutes: scan a QR code, create an account, pair.

Not for core tracking — sleep, HRV, recovery, temperature and steps are included with the hardware permanently. Ultrahuman does now sell three optional paid PowerPlugs on top of that, which is a detail most sites still get wrong. We've written the full breakdown of what's free and what isn't.

Yes — both rings are rated to 10 ATM. Mine has survived showers, washing up and the gym without complaint, and the finish hasn't scratched noticeably with daily wear.

Usually not. During Black Friday or site-wide sales Ultrahuman typically disable referral stacking, so you take whichever is larger on the day. Some regional stores are an exception — the Indian store was applying a bigger combined discount when we checked on 12 August 2026.
